A detector that signals the presence of liquids by means of terminals soldered to the circuit tracks or by means of an area of the board equipped with special uncovered tracks. Detection is immediate when a film of liquid connects the aforementioned terminals laid on the floor. In the case of particularly wet floors or those subject to sporadic presence of liquids (e.g., during cleaning), it is convenient to isolate the terminals and adopt the detection system via the uncovered tracks of the board. The board is raised about 7 mm above the floor level of the terminals.
