Expansion modules

Expansion cards with 4 inputs (M4IBUS) or 8 inputs (M8IBUS) that allows to increase the number of zones of the wired control panels of the Defender system. Thanks to the RS485 BUS connection, it is possible to remote these modules within the system or to create concentrator points without having the need to bring all the zones to the control center.If necessary, the M8IBUS module can be programmed to manage only 4 of the 8 available inputs according to installation needs. This feature makes zone management more versatile; in this mode it can also be used as an expansion for DEFENDER 8 and DEFENDER 12 control panels It is possible to house these modules directly in the control panel using the optional MOD-BOX and/or CE64BOX enclosures
