The SIG7804H264 encoder, which can be installed on a standard 19" rack, is capable of encoding in H264 and multiplexing up to 4 HD sources, e.g., terrestrial or satellite receivers, video surveillance cameras, and replaying them on the ASI (DVB-ASI) output.
The SIG7804H264 encoder is based on H264/AVC high-definition compression systems and can handle video formats up to 1080p.
